Disclaimer and Terms of Carriage

By purchasing or booking a ticket with Semaya One Fast Ferry, all passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Semaya One Fast Ferry reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger or cargo without prior notice or explanation.
This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia and may only be modified by a written agreement between the company and the passenger.
Verbal assurances by booking agents or clerks are not recognized unless confirmed in writing.
Safety Notice: Sea conditions can be unpredictable. All children and infants must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Semaya One Fast Ferry is not liable for any injuries that occur onboard.
Each passenger is allowed two pieces of luggage with a maximum total weight of 25kg. Extra baggage may be subject to additional charges.
Semaya One Fast Ferry reserves the right to inspect luggage and refuse to carry items that may endanger passengers, crew, or the vessel.
Our fast boat service is not recommended for passengers who are pregnant, have heart conditions, serious back problems, or other serious physical impairments.
The company assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged luggage during transit.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before departure, subject to seat availability.

Semaya One Fast Ferry reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to:

The company is not liable for any additional expenses resulting from cancellations or delays, including accommodation, connecting flights, or alternative transportation. Passengers are advised to allow at least 24 hours between their boat transfer and any onward travel.
Passenger Cancellations & Refunds:

Non-Refundable: All promotional tickets are strictly non-refundable.
No Date or Time Changes: Promotional tickets must be used on the originally booked date and time.
Non-Transferable: Tickets cannot be transferred to another person once issued.
All other standard terms and conditions apply unless otherwise stated.

If Semaya One Fast Ferry cancels a trip, passengers will receive a refund for any amounts paid directly to the company.
Passengers who book through third-party agents must collect refunds directly from the agent if payment has not yet been transferred to Semaya One Fast Ferry
Bank fees incurred during refunds will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

No Chargebacks: Customers who have used Semaya One Fast Ferry services, including ferry and/or shuttle transport, cannot dispute payments or request chargebacks for any reason.
