1. How do I book a ticket online?
Booking your trip with Semaya One Fast Ferry is easy! Simply visit our website, select your departure point, destination, trip date, and number of passengers, then proceed with the payment. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket.
2. Can I choose my departure time?
Yes! Our booking system displays available trip schedules for your selected date. You can choose the departure time that best suits your travel plans.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely online through our payment system. We accept:
- Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, JCB
- Bank Transfer: Local Indonesian banks (via online banking)
- Convenience Store Payment: Alfamart (via online payment system)
E-Wallets & Digital Payments: Shopee, PayPal
4. Will I receive a confirmation after booking?
Yes! After successfully completing your booking, you will receive an email confirmation with your e-ticket and booking details. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before departure, subject to seat availability. Please contact our support team for assistance.
6. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
- More than 7 days before departure: Full refund
- 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before departure or no-show: No refund

7. Can I book tickets for a group?
Our booking engine currently does not support large group bookings in a single transaction. However, if you’re traveling with a group, we can arrange tickets based on your specific needs.

8. Do I need to print my ticket?
No, a digital copy of your e-ticket on your phone is sufficient. However, we recommend keeping a printed copy as a backup.
9. Can I book a tour package along with my ferry trip?
Yes! Our tour packages are designed to complement your ferry trip. We offer:
- One Day Trip Gili Trawangan (snorkeling, cycling, private guide, and more)
- 2 Days 1 Night Gili Trawangan (hotel stay, snorkeling, sunset dinner, and more)
- 2 Days 1 Night Nusa Penida (hotel stay, private tour, watersports, and more)
You can add a tour package separately after booking your ferry trip. For details, visit our website or contact our team.
